Couch To 5k

Have you ever fancied starting running to keep fit or enter a charity event, then the Harborough AC 'Couch to 5k' programme is the ideal starting point. Over a 10 week period you will build up your fitness so that you should be able to take part in a 5km event, like the Park Run and hopefully continue to exercise on a regular basis.

Under the watchful eye of qualified Coaches and Leaders you will be encouraged along the way. It will be a fun no pressure environment, where you will be with people in exactly the same position as yourself, so there will be no need to feel intimidated.
