What goes up must come down!

The National Three Peaks Challenge is steadily becoming a well-known phrase amongst the more adventurous. This challenge involves climbing the three highest mountains in the UK within 24 hours. It takes in the climbs of Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon.
The Three Peaks Challenge isn't an organised event - you can do it whenever you like. It is perfectly possible to organise your own challenge, given appropriate preparation and planning.

Nine such intrepid explorers embarked on the challenge from HAC, covering some 10,000 feet in ascent, 25 miles of walking and around 500 miles of driving (oh, and all with NO sleep)!
