Congratulations to Adam and Joseph on their 5k Midlands Counties race at Mallory Park today. Midlands u20 Silver medal for Adam (8th overall, 15:09.69) and Bronze for Joseph (17th overall, 15:30.61). Fantastic running by both HAC athletes in close to perfect conditions! Full results here.
