Harborough AC will be running two Junior Training Summer Camps during August for children aged 8 to 14. Each training camp will be for 3 mornings 9:30 – 12:30 (Tuesday to Thursday), running on the 6th – 8th August 2024 and 20th – 22nd August 2024.
The training camps are open to members and non-members.
- Days 1 & 2 Instruction & Coaching
- Day 3 Mini Olympics Certificates/Awards/Team Photos
Included in the training sessions will be the following with the emphasis on Run + Jump + Throw
- Sprints & hurdles
- Jumps & throws
- Middle Distance
- Team Relays
- Games & competitions
These will be held at the Market Harborough Rugby Union Ground.
The cost for a training camp is £30 for each child. There is a £5 discount for additional siblings.
