Annual General Meeting

This year’s AGM will be held at the Rugby Club on Wednesday 23 November at 7.15pm and is open to all members (though associates/honorary members, those in arrears of subs and juniors under the age of 14 cannot vote). The bar will be open for refreshments.

The full agenda will go out before 13 November. Any motions or proposals for inclusion on the agenda must be with Howard by 9 November and these must have a proposer and seconder.

All positions on the Committee are subject to renomination and re-election so if you would like to stand or wish to nominate someone the deadline for nominations to be received by Howard is 11 November. Again nominations must have a proposer and seconder. You can see the list of Committee positions on the website.
Please make it to the meeting if you can as it is your club! It’s a great opportunity to meet up socially as well as conduct the AGM. You can book your place for the AGM via ClubPal.

Financial review and Treasurer role

We are currently reviewing the club’s finances, which will include setting membership and subs fees for the coming year. The club is facing the additional costs for accounting services to cover the Treasurer role vacated by Beth at the end of the year so it would be great service to one and all if someone with the relevant experience could step forward.
