Senior Nominees

1 Adam Barber – sensational senior 10k club record and PB at Telford in 29.11 in his first senior international race representing Wales
2 Hannah Winstone – Relatively new member to HAC and set herself a target of sub 20 5k which she achieved at parkrun in December
3 Lewis Parker – an excellent 1st place M40 and 9th overall in the Holme Run 5k in Nottingham in 18.30
