National champions

Many clubs would be delighted to have one national champion in Track and Field. This summer we have managed three! Congratulations to three athletes who fully deserve their success at national level: Adam Barber Wales u20 Men 1500m champion, Maria Shaw GB W45 Masters 800 and 1500m champion (complete with club record) and club chair, Jill Roginski GB W60 Masters Javelin champion.

Maria and Jill are set to compete in the European Masters Championships in Pescara, Italy starting on 21 September. Good luck to both.
