Senior – Maria Shaw for her performances at the European master’s Athletics Championships in Italy (800m silver, PB and club record; 1500m 4^th placing).

Junior – Imogen Noone-Broughton for her significant progress and positive attitude in recent weeks. One of our youngest members (age 9) had recently started attending Saturday cross country sessions and was a positive example to other junior members
