Success for HAC athletes at Run Jump Throw Open Competition – Sheffield

Harborough AC athletes Jill Roginski and Susan Frisby (second claim HAC athlete) excelled at the Run Jump Throw Open Competition in Sheffield on the 18th April 2021.

Jill Roginski set a new personal best in W60, 300m hurdles, at Sheffield in a time of 58.16 Secs (current GB ranking 2). A club record. Susan Frisby, also ran in W60 300m Hurdles producing an amazing performance of 51. 6(current GB ranking 1). Jill Roginski also set a seasons best in shot putt with 8m .64cm (current GB ranking 1).
