Athlete of the Month for July

Adam Barber

For this month it’s one athlete who stands out. Congratulations to Adam Barber for victory in the Leicestershire County Championships 1500m and a silver in the Welsh Junior Championships over the longer 3000m. Both these events were over the weekend and Adam also managed a 1500m PB in a third race the same week! (3:59.9 at the Watford Open meeting).
